  • 25 August 2015 (Tuesday) – Close of Registration, Continuation of practice jumps, Continuation of Judges Conference, Official Practice period ends at 3:00pm, Team Leader Meeting at 4:00pm, Opening Ceremonies at 6:00pm
  • 26-29 August 2015 (Wednesday - Saturday) – Competition Jumps
  • 29 August 2015 (Saturday) – End of competition at 3:00pm, Farewell Banquet, and Closing Ceremonies

Competitors in need of a visa to travel to Canada must apply through Citizenship and Immigration Canada. An estimate 3-4 weeks lead-time is required. Competitors will be provided a sponsored letter from the NAC and Organizing Committee.

Certified First Responders will be on site for the duration of the event.

Final registration form and payment of Entry Fees MUST be received NO LATER THAN July 11 2015. All fees (bank transfer fees, wire transfer fees) necessary to send the Organizer the payment are to be paid by the participants. Payments by credit card come with a 2% extra fee.

** Any Entry Fee that is received by the Organizer after July 11, 2015 must be accompanied by a $100 late registration fee for each person concerned. **

Each competitor must have medical insurance valid in Canada covering repatriation costs and Third Party insurance valid in Canada. Proof of third party liability insurance valid in Canada must be given to the Organizer upon arrival at the event. If there are any discrepancies or the competitor is unable to provide this, they can affiliate with CSPA (cost $89) onsite and have $3M third party liability coverage while parachuting in Canada. Event liability insurance covering Officials and Judges will be arranged by the Organizer.
